Salaar Worldwide Box Office Collection Report

Prabhas’ ‘Salaar: Part One- Ceasefire’ has been earning big numbers at the Box Office following its release before a long weekend that included Christmas. Despite its collection dropping to the lowest on Thursday ahead of the New Year period, it still managed to mint ₹10 crore on Friday.

Apart from Prabhas, Salaar also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Eshwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Tinnu Anand and Jagapathi Babu. Set in the fictional city of Khansaar, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire revolves around two friends Deva (Prabhas) and Vardha (Prithviraj). The sequel of the film is titled Salaar: Part 2 – Shauryanga Parvam.

Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language epic action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. It stars Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, with a supporting cast that includes Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy and Ramachandra Raju. Set in the fictional dystopian city-state of Khansaar, the film follows the friendship between Deva (Prabhas), a tribesman, and Varadha (Prithviraj), the prince of Khansaar. When a coup d’état is planned by his father’s ministers and his relatives, Varadha enlists Deva’s help to become Khansaar’s undisputed ruler.

Salaar Box Office Collection Report

As per reports of industry tracker Sacnilk, Salaar minted ₹318 crore in domestic market at the Indian Box Office within eight days of its release. On its eighth day in theatres, the film raked in ₹10 crore net, as per early estimates by Sacnilk.

On its day of release, the film collected ₹90.7 crore net at Indian Box Office. On its first weekend, the film raked in ₹209.1 crore net. At the global Box Office, the film has raked in ₹450.7 crore until Day 6, as per Sacnilk, and expected to breach ₹550 crore mark by Day 8. 

Occupancy-wise too, Prabhas’s Salaar is ahead of Dunki on the eighth day. On Friday, Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1 had an overall 27.11 percent Telugu occupancy, 17.17 percent Malayalam occupancy, 19.32 percent Tamil occupancy, 7.77 percent Kannada occupancy and 14.80 percent Hindi occupancy.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), @SalaarTheSaga shared a poster that read, “500 crore GBOC worldwide.” It captioned the post, “Deva repairing box office records. ##SalaarCeaseFire has crossed a massive ₹500 crores at the worldwide box office (GBOC) #SalaarCeaseFireHits500Crs.”
